In addition to his amazing magical abilities, Ishmael is also a competent armorer and designer of weapons. His ideas were the foundation for Last Chance Arms. The introduction of Kisentite Ram-jet rounds and innovations in Techno-wizardry have made L.C.A. the most innovative weapons dealer in this dimension ahead of even Wilkes and the Splugorth. His army is a guerrilla force that constantly engages in assassinations and undermining of almost every power on the continent.

Disposition: Ishmael has not had the easy life his half brother has, and he hates him for it. He is as obsessed with destroying his brother's vision as his brother is with fulfilling it. He is cunning and ruthless to a level that the Emperor could not attain. A life of constant war and fighting for survival has turned him into a brutal warlord with the knowledge that his forces could not stand against the might of the Coalition Army. He is insane, but he is not crazy. He realized that it would take a long campaign of guerrilla strikes and assassinations to even make a dent in the Coalitions personnel. With the current strife in North America, Ishmael Chance will be a VERY busy man.
Experience Level: 8th level Temporal warrior; 4th level Techno-wizard. He is just beginning to work as an Armorer himself.
Magic Knowledge: After the Ritual by C'thar, Ishmael received the Gift of Knowledge (see Pantheons). He now knows all spells level 1 through 8, All Temporal, and All Necromancy spells. He is a gifted Techno-wizard and also has extensive knowledge of magic lore and legend from a hundred different dimensions.

Other Bonuses: I.Q. +4% to skills, M.E. +4 to save vs. psionic attack, M.A. 75% likelihood to evoke feelings of trust or intimidate, P.E. +3 save vs. magic attack.
Weapon Proficiencies: W.P. Knife, W.P. E-pistol, W.P. E-rifle, W.P. Automatic pistol, W.P. Sword, and W.P. Sub-machinegun all at 8th level proficiency.
Weapons: Has an entire arsenal of weapons at his disposal but rarely carries any, preferring to rely on his natural abilities. Keep in mind that he has access to the entire inventory of Last Chance Arms, including whatever weapons he may have obtained over years of travel and exploration. When he does carry weapons it is usually a pair of Snakebite machine pistols.
Body Armor: Ishmael's favorite armor is a suit of magic Chain-mail that has 100 M.D.C. and no movement penalties. It magically regenerates damage at a rate of 6D6M.D. per 24 hours.
